Go Time ("we," "our," or "us") is a workout timer application. This Privacy Policy describes what information the Go Time mobile application (the "App") uses and where it is stored. We do not operate user accounts or collect personal data on our own servers.
Data stays on your device. Training plans, custom audio metadata, volume settings, and purchase-related data used by the App are stored only on your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
No personal data collection. Because we do not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers, your information remains private and under your control at all times.
The App stores the following data locally. None of it is sent to our servers:
This data is stored using your device's application storage. We do not have access to it. Deleting the App or clearing its data removes this information permanently.

The App downloads configuration and content from our servers: a settings file (e.g. minimum supported app version, store links, links to this policy and terms), a file describing the built-in music and sound effects library, and on first launch a file with sample training plans. Your app version is used only on the device to decide if an update is required; we do not log or store version checks on our side.
Built-in music and sound effects are downloaded from URLs provided in the configuration. Files are cached on your device for playback. These requests do not include personal data.
If you purchase, payment and purchase verification are handled entirely between your device and Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not run payment servers and do not receive your payment information or account details.
The App is distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store. Download, install, and update may be subject to each platform's privacy policy. We do not control their data practices. Please review:
One-time purchases are processed only by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not receive, process, or store payment card details, billing addresses, or other payment information. Purchase state used by the App is determined on your device via the platform's APIs; we do not maintain a separate purchase database.
Data used by the App is stored on your device. Its security depends on your device and how you use it. We recommend using a secure lock screen, keeping the operating system updated, and installing apps only from official stores. Network requests made by the App use HTTPS where applicable.
Data stored by the App remains on your device until you delete it in the App (e.g. plans, custom audio), clear the App's data in device settings, or uninstall the App. Cached audio may also be removed by the system when storage is low. We do not retain copies of your data on our servers, so there is nothing to request deletion of from us.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. For material changes we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we begin to collect personal information, we will disclose it clearly and seek consent where required by law.
